At Margo, we have implemented a progressive and individual career development process. Whether you want to be an architect, data scientist, technical expert, project manager, agile coach or managing consultant, we help progressively help you design your career.

Our feedback-oriented culture calls us to organize a quarterly meeting whereby we discuss your wishes, difficulties and responsibilities you would like to take.

  • Because there is no predefined path and because technology constantly evolves, you have many options to progress and commit within Margo : participating in the technical validation processes, coaching your fellow consultants, writing articles to our Newsletter or to other media, representing Margo on conferences and other events where you can share your expertise, helping us with creating offers for our Clients, creating useful IT tools for us or managing other Consultants to help them develop.
