We are driven by our entrepreneurship and our desire to learn
Training opportunities at Margo can take different forms regarding each profile: coaching, external training, reading. Our HR Team accompanies our staff throughout the year to help them build their training program.
- External training Once a year, consultants can enjoy the external training of their choice. Margo helps them identify the right topic and co-finances the training course.
- Internal coaching At Margo, we believe that talent and experiences deserve to be shared. That is why we encourage our senior consultants to organize internal training about technical or methodological topics.
- Margo’s library We definitely think that being curious and open-minded is the best way to constantly progress. Thus, our staff is free to borrow books from our library or to ask for the purchase of a specific one.
In an ultra-fast, increasingly connected economy, where evolutions are constantly multiplying, large groups are preparing for internal and external changes. We offer here some concrete examples of the changes to explore.
