Since 2023, MARGO has proudly held the Top Employee Experience label.
As part of our continuous improvement, we conducted an anonymous survey through ZEST (BLOOMIN) among our French employees, resulting in multiple certifications, including “Commitment,” “Relations with My Manager,” “Relations with My Colleagues,” and “Fulfillment at Work.”

United Nations Global Compact
MARGO joined the UN Global Compact in 2012, committing to core values around human rights, labor standards, environmental practices, and anti-corruption.
Carbon Assessment
Each year, MARGO performs a comprehensive carbon assessment with Sweep, a French Fintech. This assessment spans all our operations in France, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
EcoVadis
MARGO’s CSR efforts are evaluated by EcoVadis, where we have achieved “SILVER” certification for two consecutive years.
This reflects our initiatives, including BBC-certified premises, responsible supplier selection, career management, a teleworking charter, and family-friendly policies.
Supplier Compliance Monitoring
Since 2019, MARGO has utilized E-ATTESTATIONS to monitor supplier compliance, automating data collection and alerts in case of non-compliance. This proactive approach strengthens our commitment to fighting undeclared work.
